What does this event consist of?
The event features a wine tasting experience complemented by delicious local food and live music.
Participants will enjoy a selection of carefully chosen wines paired with a variety of traditional tapas, enhancing the flavors and aromas of the wines. Adding to the atmosphere, there will be a live performance by Sara Gee & Rumblin Matt, a Valencian duo known for their captivating American roots music.
This combination of wine, food, and music promises an unforgettable evening in the historic setting of Bodegas Montesanco.
Wines and Tapas
- Les Freses (white) with Ca Curro sausage (Gata de Gorgos), breadsticks, and almonds.
- L’horabona (white) with cheese from San Antonio cheese factory (Callosa d’en Sarrià) and Ovidio raisins (Llíber).
- Tallaruques (red) with vegetable coca from Cidoncha (Ondara).

The music: Flamenco y Punto
María and her group are well-known in Marina Alta, frequenting top venues and turning their shows into a journey through Flamenco history, from classic fandangos to festive rumba and bulería.
They also interpret Flamenco with pop rhythms. Their performances take us through Andalusia’s eras, showcasing the culture’s passion and joy. A powerful voice, a masterful guitar, and catchy percussion create an unforgettable musical experience.
The place: Les Freses winery
A winery established on a former strawberry farm near Montgó Natural Park and close to the sea in Denia.
They use traditional methods to ferment various grape varieties, emphasizing Marina’s Muscat grape for excellent white wines, and also produce Giró and sweet wines. Led by Mara Bañó, the winery values local traditions and partners with nearby suppliers for materials and equipment.
