Who is Behind Welcome to Alicante?
Hi, I’ll tell you my story.
After leaving Alicante for 6 years and traveling around different parts of Spain and Europe I discovered that people who travel and move around are the most fun and interesting.
During my travels many people were my host and now that I am in my own city I would like to be the host of all the people who visit us, that’s why I decided to create Welcome to Alicante.
What's Welcome to Alicante?
It’s a community of local and international people based in Alicante and emerged in 2021. The idea behind this project is twofold:
- To provide an opportunity for foreigners to meet new people in Alicante and develop a new life here or to get to know the city better.
- To discover interesting events and places in Alicante and enjoy them all together.
That’s why we’ve been organizing events every week for over 4 years, continuously improving each time.
But the best part of Welcome to Alicante isn’t the events, it’s all of you.
